Business Development Intern (Remote | Performance-Based | 3 Months) We’re building a fast-growing digital systems and automation practice that helps founders and creators scale efficiently. We’re looking for driven, articulate individuals who can handle client outreach, initiate conversations, and generate leads with structure and creativity. As a Business Development Intern, you will be part of a lean, results-driven team responsible for client outreach, lead generation, and building relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world business development — not theoretical sales scripts — and will help you develop practical communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients in target industries (India and International). Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate conversations. Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the founder. Maintain outreach data and track responses using Google Sheets or Notion. Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Meet weekly targets for outreach and meeting bookings. Requirements Laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection (mandatory). Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Comfortable sending emails or making cold calls. Available for approximately 6-8 hours a day, 5–6 days a week. Minimum commitment of 3 months. Self-driven, consistent, and open to feedback. Preferred but not mandatory: Prior experience in cold emailing, sales, or lead generation. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or CRM tools. Compensation This is a performance-based internship. You will receive a commission of 10–20% on each closed deal, with top performers typically earning ₹10,000–₹50,000+ per month depending on results.
