We are looking for an experienced SAP Lead Recruiter to join our growing team at Stacknexus Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring top SAP professionals. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the IT recruitment landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP and IT roles. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and manage expectations. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals. Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements. Key Skills: End-to-end IT and SAP recruitment Team leadership and mentoring Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Job Portals, Networking, Referrals) Strong communication and stakeholder management Proven track record in achieving hiring targets Qualifications: Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred) 5 - 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in SAP hiring Experience in IT Services & Consulting industry preferred
