Job Position: Share Market Specialist (Brokerage Firm)- Telcaller Executive Location: Office 202, Satguru Parinay, Scheme 54, Opposite C21 Mall, Vijay Nagar, Indore Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and open DEMAT accounts. Explain the benefits and features of DEMAT accounts clearly and convincingly. Follow up with interested clients and ensure timely completion of account opening processes. Maintain and update customer information in the database accurately. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner. Basic knowledge of financial products, especially DEMAT accounts, is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English Communication. We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Customer Support Executive to join our team in the share market industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their trading-related queries, providing guidance on using our trading platforms, and resolving issues related to demat accounts, KYC, order execution, and market operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system regarding trading, demat accounts, and related services. Assist clients with onboarding processes such as KYC, account opening, linking bank accounts, etc. Resolve issues related to order placements, fund transfers, trade confirmations, and settlements. Guide customers on how to use trading platforms (web, mobile app, desktop). Coordinate with backend and operations teams to resolve technical or transactional issues. Educate customers on market processes, product offerings (equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs), and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide timely updates. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed. Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and company policies while handling customer data. Required Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and SEBI regulations. Good understanding of demat accounts, margin, derivatives, and mutual fund processes. good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujrati or Kannada. Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
