Job Description Role Description As a Real Estate Sourcing & Closing Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring Channel Partners. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to ensure favourable outcomes. Responsibilities: Identify potential Residential & Commercial Real Estate Channel Partners through market research and networking and onboarding them Conducting Competitive Analysis of the Property Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners, and other industry professionals. Driving and Generate business through the Channel Accounts. Negotiate and structure deals to achieve favourable terms and maximise returns on investment Database Management Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and asset management, to ensure smooth transaction processes Stay updated on Market Conditions, Industry Trends and regulatory changes affecting commercial & residential real estate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate sourcing, acquisitions or investment analysis. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing commercial real estate deals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. Relevant skills that would be beneficial for the role include proficiency in MS Office, Excellent Time Management Skills, A Strong Work Ethic and an ability to work independently.
