We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to manage both accounting and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial record-keeping, statutory compliance, payroll, and supporting basic HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Functions: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments Manage TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings Handle monthly payroll processing and related compliance Prepare MIS reports and assist in audits HR Functions: Manage employee attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination Maintain employee files and records Assist in recruitment (job posting, shortlisting, coordination) Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities Support employee engagement and communication activities Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books/MS Excel Understanding of PF, TDS, and payroll compliance Familiarity with basic HR processes and labor regulations Show more Show less
