We are seeking a experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, Stock update and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment. 2. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. 3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays. 4. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 5. Manage and supervise subcontractors and laborers. 6. Ensure site safety and maintain a safe working environment. 7. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budget compliance. 8. Prepare and submit progress reports, quality reports, and other documentation. Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.( Only for Chennai Based Candidate) 2. Minimum1-2 years of experience in construction site supervision. 3. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures. 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary: Competitive salary will be offered based on experience and qualifications. Location: Chennai.
