Detailed Job Description Location: Bangalore-Hybrid Experience: 1- 4 Years Employment Type: Full-time/C2H/Contract About the Role We are looking for SAP ABAP Developers with 1-4 years of experience to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for E2E development and supporting high-quality SAP solutions across SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, must design develop and support application solutions designed using SAP ABAP/ABAP on HANA. Handling change/incident requests from clients. Participation in the implementation of developmental cross-module projects. Implementation of solutions based on non-standard requirements with the participation of functional consultants. Cooperation with consultants from the following areas: logistics, sales, finance and controlling. Getting to know SAP technologies and new solutions. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 1-4 years (adjustable based on seniority) of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience (in both ECC and S/4HANA preferred). Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF/W). Work on Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Custom Enhancements. Develop and maintain CDS Views, OData services. Desirable / Nice to Have: Analyse functional requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP best practices. Participate in unit testing, defect analysis, debugging, and production support activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, BASIS, and business users. Exposure to integration technologies (IDoc, Proxy, RFC, SOAP, REST). The team plays a critical role in enabling customers to run business-critical processes with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, combining standardization and flexibility to ensure seamless operations and innovation.
