Role & responsibilities
1.
- Manage, monitor and update Google Business Profiles (GBP) for physical presences of SRTI
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews (owned channels and third party channels such as Google Business, Swiggy, Zomato) daily, ensuring 100% response rate and escalating negative feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with aggregator account managers to grow visibility on online channels and aggregators
- Support agency with strategy and tactics to maintain relevant local social media, while monitoring key metrics
Catchment & Localized Field Activations
- Build relationships with key catchment influencers including offices, co-working spaces, and residential welfare associations (RWAs) around each store for demand generation
- Identify hyper-local micro-influencers and reviewers (food / garments / Montessori) in city for potential collaborations and events
- Coordinate on-ground collateral placement (A-boards, table-top QR stands, packaging flyers).

- Train store cashiers and team members on capturing customer phone numbers at the POS.
- Execute basic direct marketing broadcasts for new customer welcomes, seasonal offerings, and lapsed customer win-backs using automated tools.
- Manage Customer Engagement through direct channels such as WhatsApp for Business
Performance Monitoring
- Work alongside store managers to track Order and Average Order Value (AOV) growth.
- Track weekly KPIs against marketing performance and present a brief weekly performance update to leadership.
Preferred candidate profile
- High On-ground Execution: Willingness to visit physical locations in Mumbai and engage directly with store staff and local businesses.
- Basic Digital Literacy: Familiarity with Google Business Manager, Instagram/Facebook page management, Canva or equivalent (for basic design edits), and MS Excel/ Google Sheets.
- Clear Communication: Good spoken and written communication skills to handle customer feedback and local corporate partnerships.
- Data Curiosity: Comfort with reading basic sales numbers, order counts, and direct marketing communication reports.
