Role & responsibilities Build and sustain strong relationships with local, national, and international companies to facilitate meaningful internships and full-time job opportunities for students. Act as the university's point of contact for industry outreach, employer partnerships, and corporate tie-ups. Regularly interact with industry representatives to understand hiring needs, market expectations, and emerging trends. Organize and coordinate company visits. Identify prospective recruiters and engage them for campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and off-campus hiring opportunities. Coordinate the end-to-end execution of internship and placement processes, ensuring smooth communication between students, recruiters, and internal teams. Collect and manage internship and placement offers, joining updates, and feedback from both students and employers. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for university leadership, highlighting key metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement. Leverage the university's alumni network to facilitate networking opportunities, mentorship programs, guest lectures, and job referrals. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience from education institutions/sector will be preferred. Strong industry network and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in placement software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently
