Qualification & Experience: · M.Sc. in Soil Science, Soil Microbiology, or related discipline. · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in soil testing and analysis of physicochemical properties of soil (freshers with strong lab skills may also be considered). · Hands-on experience with soil sampling, laboratory equipment, and analytical techniques (e.g., pH, EC, OC, macro- and micronutrients, microbial diversity, PGPR screening). · Proficiency in interpreting soil test results and formulating recommendations for soil health improvement.
