Role & responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and skills. Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. Manage and schedule sales team activities. Address and resolve sales-related issues. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage inventory and ensure availability of vehicles. Financial Management: Monitor sales performance and profitability. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. Negotiate pricing and contracts. Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance) and external stakeholders. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales , with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Leadership & Management Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automotive products, brands, and features. Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, closing deals, and customer retention. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales-related issues.
