Qualifications Strong command of subject matter and ability to teach effectively Experience in research, academic writing, and publishing in relevant fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and guide students Commitment to academic service and participation in curriculum development Master's degree or PhD in the relevant field is preferred Experience in higher education teaching is a plus
