Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, including property values, inventory levels, and emerging market conditions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process. Follow up with clients after transactions to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals.
