The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product details, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services. Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers clearly and effectively. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversions. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
