Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baran for a Land Liaisoning professional. The role involves managing daily interactions and negotiations with landowners and government entities, coordinating land acquisition processes, verifying land records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing legal or procedural matters related to land dealings. The position also entails maintaining documentation and fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in land acquisition, liaisoning with landowners, and navigating land-related legalities Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with landowners and government authorities effectively Proven ability to review and verify legal and operational land-related documentation Familiarity with regulatory approvals and compliance requirements related to land transactions Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Willingness to work on-site in Baran and adapt to a dynamic work environment Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; prior experience in land liaisoning or land acquisition is a strong advantage
