Role & responsibilities : Manage and qualify leads generated by the marketing team. Conduct highly professional and persuasive site visits and project presentations. Build strong rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and handling objections with skill. Articulate the unique value proposition of Zenvistas, focusing on design, wellness and investment potential. Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with the Customer Delight team to ensure a seamless handover post-booking. Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities. Preferred candidate profile : MBA in Marketing/Sales or a Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA) with a passion for sales. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Tamil is essential). A confident, polished, and professional demeanor. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
