Role profile: Responsible for driving the Retail Business through POSP model as per the business plan and target thereby maximizing revenues from various product / Business lines as has been directed. Developing network of POSPs / Agency and expansion of the customer base with in the given area of operation building of an effective & efficient sourcing team. Skills: Adherence to the business plan for the Retail businesses and Engage with the team of POSPs and drive business.
