We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback. Follow up with interested prospects to close sales or schedule meetings. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to talk and convince the customers Generate leads on monthly basis Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
