Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Tiruppur Taluka. The responsibilities include managing customer accounts, fostering strong client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities for growth and partnerships. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently and align with business objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and communication to effectively manage client accounts and build lasting relationships. Proficiency in Sales Reporting, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning to identify opportunities and achieve business goals. Knowledge of Contract Negotiation and Business Development to optimize agreements and expand market reach. Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills for handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously and resolving challenges effectively. Previous experience in the textile or garment industry is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
