Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales & Customer Follow-up Executive to manage incoming inquiries, follow up with potential customers, and convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales. Key Responsibilities: Make follow-up calls to incoming leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, website, social media) Explain services and products clearly and persuasively to customers Maintain strong follow-up communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email Convert leads into appointments and confirmed sales Maintain lead tracking and status updates in CRM or manual tracker Coordinate with the detailing/service team for smooth customer onboarding Record feedback and maintain basic reporting of daily activities Required Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English/Hindi Strong sales and persuasion ability Experience in customer service or tele-calling (preferred but not mandatory) Basic computer/WhatsApp usage for tracking and messaging Passion or interest in automobiles is a plus Why Join Us?
