About the Role

B. K. Infraservices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, technically strong, and result-oriented Project Manager to independently manage construction projects from inception to final handover. The candidate must possess excellent site execution, team leadership, planning, budgeting, quality control, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• 6–10 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully completing at least 10 construction projects/sites.
• Experience managing individual projects with a minimum budget of ₹10 crore.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction, execution, planning, and site management.
• Ability to independently manage projects from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction activities, site execution, and final handover.
• Supervise site engineers, labour, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety norms, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and management.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, costs, productivity, and material wastage.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, labour regulations, and applicable standards.
• Lead the site team and ensure timely, quality-driven project completion.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, team management, and site coordination.
• Excellent technical, planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the Airoli project.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | Reporting Time: 9:30 AM. Leaving time will depend on site closing time and project requirements.
