About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support Maintain and update daily task tracker (Google Sheets) Schedule and manage meetings, follow-ups, and appointments Organize digital files and shared drives (Google Drive, WhatsApp, Email) 2. Client and Partner Coordination Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Follow up with students, vendors, partners, or legal clients Send brochures, forms, and documents as directed 3. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily and weekly task status reports Assist in preparing proposals, service documents, and presentations Fill and maintain admission forms, consultancy forms, and records 4. Communication Management Draft and respond to professional emails Coordinate between founder, partner, and different teams Remind and follow up on tasks assigned to vendors or clients 5. Project Support (Multi-business Support) Support across 4 verticals: SRWorlds.in - I.T. consulting coordination Legal.srworlds.in - School/NGO setup documentation IRME. in - Admission follow-up and student management 6. Basic Tech Tasks Work on Google Docs, Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Gmail Help in minor website updates (with developer guidance) Organize product or student data in spreadsheets 7.
