Microsoft Certified Windows System Administration or Network Administration Job Requirement: Handling and delivering the result for any task individually and taking responsibility for the job itself with decision making Stability of job profile he should have worked 2 years in an organization must be maintained Strong understanding of business requirements and needs for meeting business IT requirements. Key Roles: >> Vendor Management >> IT asset management >> Windows system and network administration >> remote user management >> ISP commissioning and setup >> Datacenter Management including servers, CCTV, data backup and network routers, firewall setup, VPN Server Setup >> Antivirus Support and Administration Skills Required: Technical Proficiency, Problem-Solving, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Group Policy Management Console (GPMC), Remote Desktop Connection, Security: Protect networks from unauthorized access through physical and technical means Troubleshooting: Resolve network connectivity issues and ensure network performance Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain network and windows systems, including software and hardware Network Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, such as routers, firewalls, and switches User Support: Assist users with network-related issues and provide training on network usage Lifecycle Management and Asset Inventory: Keeping a detailed record of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses IT vendor management is the process of managing and optimizing relationships with third-party IT service providers.
