Position Overview: As the Warehouse and Dispatch Executive, you will oversee and manage all warehouse operations, dispatch processes, and supply chain activities. You will be responsible for forecasting demand for e-commerce channels, planning and coordinating dispatch schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth vendor interactions. Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and timely delivery of products, while also ensuring accurate reconciliation of shipping bills. Key Responsibilities: Demand Forecasting: Analyze and forecast demand trends for e-commerce channels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock outs or overstock situations. Purchase Orders (POs): Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of stock based on demand forecasts and inventory levels. Dispatch Planning: Develop and implement efficient dispatch plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Coordinate with transportation providers and oversee the scheduling of shipments. Stock Management: Maintain ownership of stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and manage stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels and accurate stock records. Vendor Follow-Up: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance with company standards and agreements. Shipping Bill Reconciliation: Reconcile shipping bills with shipping records and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, dispatch, or supply chain roles, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, and dispatch planning. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders and.
