UI/UX Designer cum Developer – Low-Code & Automation Platforms

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

UI/UX Designer cum Developer

with strong expertise in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine

UI/UX design capabilities with frontend development skills

and support application development across

Bizagi, Mendix, Power Apps, and UiPath Apps

. The role involves translating business and user requirements into effective user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces while collaborating with business analysts, developers, and automation teams to deliver seamless digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Understand business and user requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Define user journeys, navigation, layouts, and interaction patterns
• Apply user-centered design principles, visual design, typography, color, and layout standards
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces across web and business applications
• Conduct usability reviews and continuously improve user experience
• Maintain consistency through reusable UI components and design standards
  

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and scalable UI components using Angular or React
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional frontend applications
• Integrate frontend interfaces with APIs, workflows, and backend services
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and performance
• Build reusable and automation-friendly UI components
  

Low-Code & Automation Platform Support

• Design and develop user interfaces and forms using Bizagi, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, and UiPath Apps
• Support workflow-driven applications and business process solutions
• Collaborate with Bizagi, Mendix, Power Platform, and UiPath developers to ensure consistent UX
• Design intuitive forms, dashboards, approval screens, and task interfaces
• Support integration of UI components with workflows, automation, and business applications
• Help establish common UI/UX standards across low-code and automation solutions
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, UX teams, business analysts, developers, and automation engineers
• Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, demos, and UAT
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
• Identify usability challenges and recommend practical solutions
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability
• Proficiency in Angular or React
• Experience designing responsive web applications
• Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
• Experience supporting applications built on one or more of:
• Bizagi
• Mendix
• Microsoft Power Apps
• UiPath Apps
• Ability to design workflow-driven and automation-friendly interfaces
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in UI/UX and frontend development
• Experience working on low-code/no-code and automation platforms
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI component libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design validation
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React
• Experience supporting Bizagi, Mendix, Power Apps, and/or UiPath Apps
• Proven ability to take a requirement from user journey → wireframe → prototype → UI design → functional implementation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web/application UI/UX design and development experience
