Sr. Software Engineer - Microsoft Power BI

As a Senior Power BI Developer at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex Power BI reports and dashboards. Your primary duties will include creating visualizations using tools such as tables, charts, and maps, as well as designing and implementing ETL processes using SSIS to extract data from multiple sources and load it into SQL Server databases. In addition, you will write T-SQL code for stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers to support business intelligence requirements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5-6 years of IT experience in Analysis, Design, and Development of Power BI dashboard and report publish. You should also possess a strong understanding of Data Warehouse principles, including Fact Tables, Dimension Tables, and star and snowflake schema modeling. In addition, experience with SQL, T-SQL, and any ETL tool is required. Furthermore, you will be expected to troubleshoot issues related to Power BI report performance, data quality, and security, as well as optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability. Good interpersonal skills and experience in handling communication and interactions between different teams are essential for success in this role.
