Sr. Project Manager

ABOUT ASITE

Asite is the digital construction platform trusted by the organisations that build at scale. Our vision is simple: connect people everywhere and help the world build better – faster, smarter, with fewer failures and less rework. We connect the physical, digital, and human dimensions of construction, making project information actionable, auditable, and secure at every stage of the asset lifecycle – from feasibility and design through construction, handover, and operations.

From 3D modelling and secure agentic AI to document control and field collaboration, Asite works across every discipline and every tier of the supply chain. We help clients meet the standards that matter, including Golden Thread reporting under the Building Safety Act and ISO 19650 – so the right information is always traceable and available to the people who need it.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager at Asite, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of key customer, product, and operational projects from initiation through successful completion. You will bring structure, visibility, and momentum to cross-functional work, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are actively managed.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and senior stakeholders to drive delivery discipline and clear communication. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and business stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Create clear project plans, status reports, RAID logs, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering updates, and delivery reviews, ensuring actions are tracked and decisions are documented.
• Identify delivery risks early, escalate blockers appropriately, and drive practical mitigation plans.
• Maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships through transparent communication and expectation management.
• Support continuous improvement of project governance, delivery standards, templates, and reporting practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including confidence presenting status, risks, and decisions to senior audiences.
• High attention to detail with strong planning, organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asite, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Experience in construction technology, AEC, capital projects, or another regulated, document-intensive industry.
• Familiarity with common data environments, BIM workflows, ISO 19650, or digital project delivery practices.
• Experience working with customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or enterprise change projects.
• A recognised project or agile certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AgilePM, or SAFe.
