Major customer base is OEM viz. manufacturers of engine, generators, vehicles & electrical panels. Company is OE supplier to many large, reputed manufacturers and corporates viz. TATA Motors, Ashok Leyland, Cummins India, Kirloskar Oil, Greaves, Reliance, L&T, Volvo India, Scania, BHEL, BEL, ESCORTS, Euler Motors and many more. Company has partnered with reputed manufacturers from USA, Canada & Europe for high-tech products for exclusive distribution in India & neighboring countries. Their USA based subsidiary focuses on third country export.

• Provide service support for company products
• Guide service team during commissioning
• Recruit & train service engineers
• Train dealer engineers, customer engineers on company products
• Manage commissioning of company products supplied in field
• Provide support services by visits, over phone or e-mail
• Co-ordinate with marketing team for smooth execution of orders
• Failure analysis & repairs of products received from field

• Job involves travelling all over India

Candidate profile:

• This position is only for local male candidate, engineer by profession.
• Graduate Electrical/Electronic engineer with additional qualification in management
• Should have Service support experience on industrial Electrical/ Electronic products
• Team handling experience necessary
• Only those working in Service / Support department with at least 6 to 8 years should apply.
