Sr. PHP Developer

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, taking ownership of web and desktop application development, portal sites, API development, and ERP systems. You will be responsible for managing a development team, ensuring the successful implementation of projects, and maintaining the highest technical standards. This role demands a deep understanding of PHP, web technologies, and project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Implement project management best practices.
• Define project scope and manage change requests.
• Collaborate with the architect to gather functional requirements using standard notations like use cases.

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of PHP (Codeigniter), OOP concepts in PHP, MySQL (advance, 5.0+), JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML 5.
• Proficiency in MVC or HMVC implementation (Codeigniter Framework) and REST API development.
• Experience with Payment Gateway Integrations.

Full Project Lifecycle:

• Lead projects from conception to deployment.
• Design and develop databases, write code, and ensure the project goes live and is maintained effectively.

Team Collaboration:

• Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to create seamless user interfaces.

Backend Development:

• Implement back-end features and functionalities, emphasizing performance and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth application performance.

Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.

Client Interaction: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks related to PHP and Laravel development.

Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to improve development processes and workflows.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
