Sr. Manager - Accounts & Finance - Vertoz

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability. Implement effective cash management strategies.
  

• Audit and Taxation: Coordinate and manage annual financial audits, liaising with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
  

• Financial Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting and finance operations.
  

• Treasury and Banking Operations: Manage banking relationships, including negotiations, credit facilities, and day-to-day transactions. Monitor and analyze interest rates and investment opportunities.
  

• Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.

Requirements

·End-to-end ownership of the Accounts & Finance function.

· ·Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.

· ·Leading a team of accountants, finance executives, and MIS personnel.

· ·Driving internal controls, compliance, and governance.

· ·Acting as the key liaison between the CFO and the Accounts team
