Sr. Manager- Accounts & Finance ( Real Estate / Construction)

• Income Tax & TDS Management:

· Lead and oversee all income tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations.

· Ensure timely TDS payments, reconciliation, and filing of TDS returns.

· Monitor changes in tax laws and provide strategic advice to senior management on tax-related matters.

• Finance & Funding:

· Strategically manage the company’s financial operations, including securing funding from banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.

· Develop relationships with banking partners and lenders to secure favorable loan terms.

· Ensure compliance with all loan covenants and banking regulations.

• Loan Documentation & EMI Payments:

· Oversee the preparation and review of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.

· Manage the timely payment of all types of EMIs and ensure proper record-keeping.

· Liasioning between legal, finance, and external financial institutions for loan processes.

• Balance Sheet Finalization:

· Supervise and ensure the timely finalization of balance sheets for all group companies.

· Provide senior management with key insights from financial statements for strategic decision-making.

• Project Reports & Estimates:

· Lead the preparation of detailed project reports and financial estimates for upcoming projects.

· Provide financial forecasts, risk analysis, and return on investment (ROI) assessments for new projects.

• RERA Compliances:

· Ensure strict adherence to all RERA compliances, including the preparation and submission of necessary documents, bank statements, and reports.

· Keep the company updated on changes in RERA regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant.

• MCA Compliances:

· Ensuring all necessary compliances & timely filing of financial statements, annual returns, and other statutory documents under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

· Ensuring that board resolutions, meetings, and corporate governance norms are fully compliant with MCA regulations.
