Sr. Java Developer

Role Overview: As a Java Developer in our team, you will be taking ownership of challenging and mission-critical tasks that are varied and complex. You will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, participate in architectural development activities, and create detailed design documentation. Your role will involve adapting tools, techniques, and processes for continuous improvement and mentoring team members effectively. You will also be responsible for providing accurate task analysis, estimation, and reporting, envisioning new system features and functionalities, and managing documentation efficiently using tools like Confluence and JIRA. In the absence of the lead, you will take over lead responsibilities and consult with Tech Leads for focused/broad assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of challenging and mission-critical tasks. - Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle. - Participate in architectural development activities. - Create detailed design documentation and produce code quality matrix. - Adapt tools, techniques, and processes for continuous improvement. - Mentor team members and collaborate effectively across teams. - Provide accurate task analysis, estimation, and reporting. - Envision new system features and functionalities. - Manage documentation effectively using Confluence, JIRA, etc. - Demonstrate specialized skills to deliver high-quality output. - Take over lead responsibilities in the absence of the lead. - Consult with Tech Leads when required for focused/broad assignments. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes. - Proven ability to handle complex tasks independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring abilities.,
