About the Role

Prettify Creative is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience in creative agencies, digital marketing, or brand-focused environments.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual aesthetics, brand storytelling, and social media design. You should be skilled in creating premium social media creatives, planning visually consistent Instagram grids, and editing engaging reels and short-form videos for established brands.

Candidates with experience handling multiple brands and delivering high-quality creative work in a fast-paced agency environment are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality Instagram posts, carousels, stories, promotional creatives, and campaign assets.
• Plan and maintain aesthetically appealing Instagram grids aligned with brand identity.
• Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos using transitions, animations, typography, and motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts that communicate brand messages effectively.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, colour palettes, and visual styles across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to execute social media campaigns.
• Handle creative requirements for multiple brands while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design styles, and reel formats.
• Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital marketing agency.
• Experience working with established brands or premium clients is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Instagram grids, social media campaigns, branding, and reel editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to develop original creative concepts and visually engaging designs.
• Good communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deliver quality work within deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a creative professional who can transform brand ideas into impactful digital content, maintain visually consistent Instagram feeds, and produce engaging reels that capture audience attention.

A strong portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should be able to showcase previous brand work, Instagram grid designs, campaign creatives, and reel-editing samples.
