Sr. GenAI & Data Consultants

You will be a part of the GenAI Innovation Factory team at NTT DATA as a Senior GenAI & Data Consultant based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Your role as a Digital Consultant in the Innovation Group will involve engaging with clients in the health insurance, retail, or manufacturing domains. You will focus on Big Data, Cloud, and AI/ML projects, contributing to architecture, design, and developing innovative solutions using GenAI technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide architectural and design solutions. - Develop accelerators for faster cloud migration. - Create innovative solutions using AI and GenAI tools to tackle data engineering challenges. - Design reference architectures for various use cases on modern cloud data platforms. - Develop migration suites for cataloging, migrating, and verifying data from legacy systems to platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. **Minimum Skills Required:** - **Qualifications:** - Education: B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication or related field. - Experience: 18+ years in IT, specializing in Big Data, Cloud, and AI/ML projects. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GenAI (RAG and GANs), Python, C/C++/C#, Hadoop, ETL, UNIX, SQL/Oracle, Ab-Initio. - **Certifications:** - Databricks/Snowflake Architect certification. - **Industry Expertise:** - Health Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing. **Key Highlights:** - Proven track record in developing GenAI-based applications and accelerators. - Experience in creating migration suites for data transfer to Snowflake/Databricks. - Designed and developed a Data Delivery Engine, significantly improving execution time. - Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and delivering business value through diverse technology stacks. **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage budgets, partners, staffing, and people development. - Passionate about new technologies and achieving excellence.
