Sr. Fullstack Engineer (Node + React)

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in front-end technologies like React JS, JavaScript, Redux, and back-end skills in NodeJS is essential. Experience with Dynamo DB for databases and testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library is highly desirable. You should possess excellent troubleshooting skills and be proficient in browser-based debugging and performance testing software. Strong communication skills are necessary to work effectively with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and stakeholders. The ability to coordinate well with stakeholders to resolve blockers and ensure the team has the necessary information for their tasks is crucial. As a customer-centric individual, you should be capable of handling customer-facing issues. Flexibility in working hours is required as stakeholders may be in different time zones. The successful candidate must be results-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Providing technical leadership in your area of expertise, designing, developing, and unit testing applications according to established standards, and participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code are key responsibilities. Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies is preferred. An excellent team player, quick learner, and the ability to devise optimal solutions for issues are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
