Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and self-motivated intern to support our sales and business development activities in Visakhapatnam. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and market expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in Visakhapatnam. Support the sales team in door-to-door client interactions and data collection. Maintain a database of potential customers and update sales leads. Help in market research to understand competitor pricing and customer preferences. Promote SUPPLY 360’s products and offers to businesses. Participate in follow-up activities to convert leads into customers. Work closely with the senior sales team to understand client requirements. Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn about B2B sales. Comfortable with fieldwork and visiting businesses for sales discussions. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi/English is an advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of goods. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement to restock inventory as needed. Order Processing Handle incoming orders and ensure timely order fulfillment. Generate accurate invoices for orders using appropriate systems. Liaise with the logistics team to dispatch stock as per client requirements. Payment Follow-Ups Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely settlements. Maintain an updated record of client transactions and payment statuses. Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order inquiries and payment-related issues. Work closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement, pending orders, and payment collection. Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards. Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, commerce, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, invoicing tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word). Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
