Sr. Engineer/Engineer - NPD

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new product development projects from concept to SOP.
• Ensure design, validation, and process development align with customer and internal requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Production, Tooling, and Suppliers.
• Drive APQP activities and documentation (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, etc.).
• Define and track project milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate prototype development, trials, and validation testing. Ensure PPAP submission and approval.
• Manage ECN/ECR process and drawing changes.
• Interface with customers for technical and development discussions. Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements.
• Conduct feasibility reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Lead design and process reviews.
