Sr. Billing Executive (On Site)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) Bills based on actual site progress
• Check BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contractor measurements
• Conduct site measurements and quantity verification
• Prepare quantity take-offs and reconciliation statements
• Handle extra items, deviations, and variation orders
• Verify material reconciliation and consumption
• Prepare monthly billing, MIS, and cost reports
• Coordinate with Project Head, Project Manager, Planning, QA/QC, and Site Teams
• Ensure accurate and timely bill certification and submission
• Maintain billing, measurement, BOQ, and project documentation
• Support final billing and project close-out

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years

  experience in billing - finishing and turnkey interior works essential

• Must have

  independently prepared RA bills for turnkey interior works

• Experienced with Method Statements
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Mumbai-based preferred
