Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Adobe Express, you will have the opportunity to develop ML models, platforms, and services to enhance the user experience and improve feature speed and quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching, designing, and implementing advanced ML models and pipelines for training and inference at scale, covering areas such as computer vision, NLP, deep learning, and generative AI. - Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based frameworks to support multimodal creative workflows, enabling rich, context-aware content generation and dynamic user experiences. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into ML solutions and iterate from proof-of-concept to fully productionized services. - Developing robust platforms for continuous model training, experimentation, A/B testing, and monitoring to ensure consistent high model quality and relevance. - Leveraging distributed computing technologies and cloud infrastructures for large-scale data processing, feature engineering, and real-time inference optimization. - Implementing reliable APIs and microservices to serve ML models to end users, ensuring compliance with security, scalability, and maintainability standards. - Staying updated on emerging ML research, tools, and frameworks to evaluate and integrate new technologies for innovation. Basic Qualifications: - PhD, Masters, Bachelor's, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, ML, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related technical field. - Proficiency in Python and Java for ML model development and systems integration. - Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. - Demonstrated experience with LLMs and agent frameworks for advanced AI-based experiences. - Proficiency in computer vision and NLP techniques for multimodal content understanding and generation. - Work experience in Creative and Imaging Domains would be beneficial. - Experience in developing and deploying RESTful web services and microservices architectures for ML applications. - Proficiency in UNIX environments, Git for version control, and Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
