Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS PowerPoint MS Excel and MS Word. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive business development initiatives and contribute to our companys growth. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel. Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities in the Finance & Accounting domain Oversee the preparation of compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to support business development efforts Provide detailed financial analysis and reports using MS Excel to inform decision-making processes Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation using MS Word to ensure clear communication and record-keeping Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Finance & Accounting sector Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners to drive business growth Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as needed Support the creation of proposals and contracts to secure new business deals Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of business development initiatives Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development progress Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and practices Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in MS PowerPoint MS Excel and MS Word Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and practices Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Show proficiency in conducting market research and analysis Display the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Have experience in preparing proposals and contracts Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach Possess a high level of integrity and professionalism Have a track record of successful business development initiatives Certifications Required Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Show more Show less
