Sr. Accountant Executive

WE ARE HIRING – Sr. ACCOUNTANT

Location: Baner, Pune

Visiontech Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. If you have strong accounting knowledge and expertise in financial documentation and statutory compliance, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.

- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.

- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.

- Assist in monthly financial reporting and account finalization.

- Handle vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure proper documentation.

- Work on Tally/ERP software and MS Excel for accounting operations.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors.

- Ensure timely submission of accounting reports and compliance documents.

Requirements:

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification.

- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and taxation.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
