As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at SquareFork, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with influencers to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement. Your role will involve developing innovative influencer marketing strategies, fostering authentic relationships within the influencer community, and driving impactful campaigns across various platforms. Based in Central Delhi, Jhandewalan, this position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or related fields. As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Influencer Strategy & Planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies in alignment with our business objectives. - Identify and evaluate relevant influencers across diverse platforms. - Define target audiences and establish clear KPIs for influencer campaigns. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencer platforms. Influencer Relationship Management: - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with influencers. - Negotiate contracts and oversee influencer agreements. - Coordinate content creation and campaign execution with influencers. - Provide consistent support and maintain timely communication with influencers. Campaign Execution & Analysis: - Strategize and execute influencer marketing campaigns on various platforms. - Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions. - Present comprehensive reports detailing campaign outcomes. - Utilize performance data and insights to optimize future campaigns. Content & Collaboration: - Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content. - Ensure content aligns with our brand messaging and resonates with our target audience. - Manage product seeding and influencer gifting initiatives. - Monitor influencer content to ensure brand compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in influencer marketing or related fields. - Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms and trends. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify and assess relevant influencers effectively. - A data-driven approach with experience in analyzing campaign performance. - A creative mindset with a passion for cultivating authentic brand partnerships. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
