Pathetic service. They did not even contact me and they reschedule the delivery claiming that I refused the consignment at the time of delivery. Please avoid this company. Highly unprofessional bunch of incompetent fools who do not know what they are doing and just monkeying around with your couriers

It's tough to reach them via phone as the call centre number is not reachable. They have to provide other telephone numbers so that we can contact them easily to track our consignments.
