Worst ever possible Agency. Do not use their services at all. They do not have good customer support, nor the audacity to speak to them. Lame excuses for materials not delivered on time and many times overcharge the client. I would not even want to talk to them over the phone.. Worst is also a small word for their service..

They are highly unprofessional and once they have picked up the product you'll have to wait for eternity to get it delivered.

Worst service ever, they will never give you proper information and the customer support team is simply unprofessional. No management and they don't take anything seriously. I got my package after a month that too i personally have to pickup from the warehouse.

The service is worst. We had to call them so many times for the delivery of the consignment. We had to wait for 15-20 days in order to receive a broken package. They don't handle the shipments properly even though it is written FRAGILE.
