Extremely pathetic ! I am sorry but you guys are horrible at your service , delayed by a week and not even a single intimation . And even your customer service are utter useless. And please dont bring corona as your excuse, i am receiving every other courier than yours.

The vision for Spoton is to be the No. 1 in the Express Logistics Segment in India yet they are no were closer to it. My Amazon order shipment is delayed by 15 days and yet there's no accountability for this delay. Go for regular courier companies if you want reliable service.

One of the worst courier services you can find it pan India. You should avoid it at all the cost. Their website and ivr says pincode is serviceable but the local office won't deliver. Too adamant and zero customer service.

Worst service ever anyone can think of! Don't ever go for their service. U cant reach anyone, they will only provide toll free number, who will never solve your problem. You will be left in mercy for your own consignment.
