Overall Plant Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the paint shop and plastics injection molding plant, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output. Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet customer demands and business objectives. Quality Management : Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures to minimize defects and improve product quality. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control, to achieve operational excellence. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulatory requirements, including environmental and health and safety standards. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance. Required Core Competencies: Experience and Qualifications Required: Sufficient experience in operations of Injection Molding and Painting Process Sufficient experience in Leadership Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating of plant Knowledge of Sig Sigma, ISO, Kaizen, Benchmarking, Balanced Scorecard, SPC, MSA, FMEA, COPC, and other Quality/Operational standards Knowledge of plastics material & product properties
