Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting including sales, purchase, expenses and ledger postings Prepare monthly GST workings (GSTR-1 & 3B), TDS calculations and statutory compliance Conduct vendor & customer reconciliation, bank reconciliation and ageing reports Prepare monthly closing reports: Trial Balance, P&L statements and inventory reconciliation Maintain strict documentation standards, internal controls & SOP discipline Identify mismatches, discrepancies or irregular entries and report immediately Coordinate with auditors; prepare required schedules and financial documentation Ensure 100% accuracy, confidentiality and process-oriented working Maintain strong control over cash flow, stock records and supporting documents Work independently with high discipline and minimal supervision Preferred candidate profile Experience: 7-12 years in accounting Education: B.Com mandatory; M.Com preferred Age: 30-45 years Excellent command over Tally ERP Prime & MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations and accounts finalization Highly disciplined, honest and process-driven working style Zero tolerance for mismatch, shortcuts or manipulation Calm, quiet and professional personality not easily influenced by staff Ability to maintain strict financial controls and independent responsibility One-Line Summary Looking for a senior, disciplined accountant (512 yrs) with strong Tally & Excel skills to independently manage accounts, GST/TDS and SOP compliance in a manufacturing & cold storage setup.
