Budget airline, with a pathetic attitude towards customers & most flights running delayed. Absolutely nothing special about their services other than the capability of their baggage handling crew to completely destroy your check in baggage. Two suitcases badly damaged over two consecutive flights? Ridiculous!

I traveled today from goa to mumbai. The flight was supposed to be at 5 pm, got delayed till 11 pm and then further till 12 am. They do not even inform an hour prior. It has been happening for months and it is torture to take the SpiceJet flight.

My flight was at 2AM. For some reason they couldn't fly the plane, which I understand. But the did give a proper answer as to how long it'll take. They didn't give as any accommodations, or even meals!!! And the flight left at 9.20 AM.
