Very poor refund process spiceject has it has been more than 20 days i didn't receive my refund, and for this we can just email them for this we connect to any customer support for this they say kindly email for refund issue. Overall had a worst experience with spicejet and spiceject team.

Worst airlines service please boycott SpiceJet. Unprofessional behaviour of cabin crew .. on the time onboarding they ask extra money for luggage and for food items while I never seen this behaviour in other airlines.. Never ever book SpiceJet tickets
