Worst experience, checkin took 3hr, as staff were busy chit chatting, when asked they are very rude and negligent about passengers. On top that they delayed flights blaming DGC inspection. Please don’t ever fly in SpiceJet pay little extra and take other airlines but not SpiceJet.

This airlines should shut their business if they can’t plan logistically. They keep changing flight times. And even cancel flights. It’s regrettable. Airlines should be penalised for such things and refund should have additional penalty included in the customer’s refund. Highly unprofessional.

4 hours delay. Then they give you refreshments to cover up. Stupid staff chatting and making noise throughout the flight. Just trying to get profits, no care for the passengers. Flight SG 8619, Delhi to Mumbai on 2nd Feb 24. Never Booking spicejet again

My only suggestion is to never book SpiceJet. I’m the recent past, almost every of their flights are getting rescheduled multiple times for a total duration of >5 hours. It’s impossible to meet your travel schedule if you rely on them. They do offer either a refund or reschedule. But at that hour it means nothing.

Please try to avoid SpiceJet on international routes. Frequent delays. Slow boarding. They don't use the regular aerobridge at least at Mumbai airport. Makes the overall experience, especially for a late night flight, very tiring and unpleasant.
